The CHRISTUS Foundation Tree of Life represents lasting dedication
The Tree of Life is a permanent display in the hospital's main lobby that recognizes the generosity of donors to the 2000 Society. The fixture is made up of small bronze plaques representing leaves on the branches and larger bronze plaques representing stones at the base of the tree.

The Tree of Life serves as a wonderful way to memorialize someone, commemorate a special person or event, or simply list your family name – showing your generosity and support.  Recognition on the Tree of Life will be a
permanent recognition.

The Tree of Life will flourish as the generosity of the community brings new branches and additional leaves.

Celebration Stones serve as the base of our tree and can be obtained with a $10,000 donation ($2,000 annual payment over a five-year period). The Foundation's independence from its beneficiary, the hospital, affirms that contributions will support the goal of providing excellence today and in the future at CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini.

 

Celebration Leaves can be placed on the tree in honor or in memory of someone for a donation of $2,000 ($400 annual payment over a five-year period).

Donations secured by this program will remain in an endowed fund, and the interest earned from these funds will purchase new equipment for the hospital.

Donations can be made over a period of years, suiting the financial needs of the donor.
